…y qué dijeron, que iba a pasar por alto el aniversario luctuoso de mi estimadísimo John Peel… NUNCA!!!... si bien, este año, no tuve el tiempo suficiente para dedicarle una celebración extensa (la 2da Semana Conmemorativa de John Peel, ejem!!), aprovecho un breve espacio de calma en la tempestad para celebrarlo con una muy especial selección de canciones, todas extraídas de su evento anual John Peel Festive 50’s… pero esta vez, con la particularidad de ser tracks bastante raros y que resumen de manera fiel, lo ecléctico de sus gustos musicales.

Así que el día de hoy, habrá de todo… Punk, New Wave, World Music, Britpop, Anti-Folk… y un largo silencio por la memoria de este legendario DJ.
